How do I upload my photos for printing and framing?

You can upload your photos using a computer or phone directly on our website by selecting the “Upload Photos” option. Follow the prompts to choose your frame style and complete your order.

What file formats do you accept for photo uploads?

We accept JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and TIFF file formats. Make sure your file is high resolution for the best print quality.

Can I edit my photos before uploading them?

Yes, we recommend editing your photos for brightness, contrast, and cropping before uploading them. Our platform also provides basic editing tools if needed.

How do I know if my photo quality is good enough for printing?

We will automatically let you know if the resolution of your photo is too low for the selected frame size. Generally, we recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

What sizes are available for the frames?

Our frames are available in various sizes depending on the frame. We have frames that are as small as 6x6 and as large as 48x72. Check our product page for more details on available sizes.

What materials are used for the frames?

We offer frames in high quality sustainable wood sourced from FSC-certified forests. We currently have frames available in white, brown, black and natural.

Can I order custom-sized frames?

Currently, we offer standard sizes only. However, if you have a specific size in mind, please send us an e-mail at info@frames.fotolab.studio and we can help.

Are the frames ready to hang?

Yes, all our frames are ready to hang right out of the box!

Shipping and Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location but generally range from 3-7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we currently only offer shipping to the domestic United States.

What is your return policy?

Each product is custom made so we can't accept returns. However if you're unhappy with your order, please contact us at info@frames.fotolab.studio and we'll make sure to make it right.

If the product is damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll send you a replacement or the correct product.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website.
